Description
The natural-colored insert for square menu boxes* was made from the natural raw material bagasse (sugar cane fibers) without any additives or coatings.
The 3-part insert measuring 180 x 109 x 53 mm is temperature-resistant from -25°C to 220°C (short-term), food-safe and suitable for oven and microwave
This product is certified according to DIN 13432 and is therefore considered “biodegradable”. According to DIN 13432, the starting material for the product decomposes to water, carbon dioxide and biomass by more than 90% after a set time under defined temperature, oxygen and humidity conditions in the presence of microorganisms or fungi. A composting time of 10 weeks is used to test biodegradability**.
