Description
The black placemats are made from Linclass, a fabric-like material made from wood fibers that drapes softly and folds easily. The airlaid material is also low-linting, very skin-friendly, and compostable.
Each placemat measures 30 x 40 cm.
Hygienic placemats are an integral, decorative, and functional element in many restaurant concepts, replacing tablecloths or runners.
This product is certified according to DIN 13432 and is therefore considered "biodegradable." According to DIN 13432, the raw material for the product degrades by more than 90% to water, carbon dioxide, and biomass after a specified period under defined temperature, oxygen, and humidity conditions in the presence of microorganisms or fungi. A composting period of 10 weeks is used as the basis for testing biodegradability*.
