Our sealing trays are made from CPET, i.e. crystalline polyethylene terephthalate.
The black bowls measuring 325 x 264 x 60 mm (equivalent to 1/2 GN) are undivided and have a capacity of 3,885 ml.
They offer many advantages:
• Temperature range: -40°C to +220°C
• food neutral
• Suitable for ovens, microwaves, combi-steamers and warm water heaters as well as for the freezer
• Area of application: menus
