The brown cardboard soup cup is made from the natural raw material paper with a PLA coating, and is therefore a more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable plastic plates.

The round, dimensionally stable 200 ml soup cups (diameter 96 mm, height 60 mm) are food-safe, tasteless and suitable for both dry and moist food.

This product bears the FSC® seal and thus meets the strict guidelines of the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®).
The purchase of wood and paper products with the FSC® label supports responsible forest management and promotes high environmental and social standards in forest management worldwide. Depending on the type of FSC® label, it can be seen whether the product comes from FSC®-certified virgin fibres, consists exclusively of FSC®-certified recycled material or is a mixture of FSC®-certified materials and controlled sources.
This product is certified according to DIN 13432 and is therefore considered "biodegradable". According to DIN 13432, more than 90% of the starting material for the product breaks down into water, carbon dioxide and biomass after a specified period of time under defined temperature, oxygen and humidity conditions in the presence of microorganisms or fungi. A composting time of 10 weeks is taken as a basis for testing the biodegradability*.
