The Nature Guard films from the “Verive” brand are made from non-toxic cellophane.

The transparent film with a length of 250m and a width of 185mm has a thickness of 30 my.

All cellophane films are fully approved for direct contact with dry, moist and greasy foods.
They are highly puncture-, water- and grease-proof, suitable for microwaves and ovens and can be frozen.

Since the films are free from all dangerous chemicals, they are recyclable / compostable according to European standards (EN13432)

This product is certified according to DIN 13432 and is therefore considered “biodegradable”. According to DIN 13432, the starting material for the product decomposes to water, carbon dioxide and biomass by more than 90% after a set time under defined temperature, oxygen and humidity conditions in the presence of microorganisms or fungi. A composting time of 10 weeks is used to test biodegradability*.
